adesso Unveils ComplAI to Streamline DORA Compliance for Financial Firms
adesso ComplAI is designed to support banks and insurance companies by automating the review of service provider contracts for DORA compliance, which mandates enhanced IT resilience across the financial sector. As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, the tool leverages GenAI and the expertise of adesso’s DORA specialists to conduct swift, automated gap analyses on contracts and documents. The tool assesses each requirement's fulfillment status, offering specific references by page and source, helping companies navigate compliance with precision.
This technology significantly eases the burden for financial firms, which typically have vast numbers of contracts with various ICT service providers, eliminating the need for manual checks by in-house staff or costly external auditors.
Moreover, ComplAI enables firms to re-evaluate amended contracts or revisit compliance checks when regulatory requirements change.
Libero Raspa, director at adesso UK, commented, “Financial services firms are under increasing regulatory scrutiny and often struggle with directives like DORA due to limited technical and human resources. Introducing Compl.AI to the UK market showcases how generative AI can streamline compliance, saving time, reducing costs, freeing up internal staff from repetitive tasks, preventing errors, and helping businesses achieve compliance well before the January 2025 deadline.”
