The Cologne office is located near Cologne's Südstadt directly on the Rhine - a decisive detail for all Rhinelanders: on the left bank of the Rhine. On the adjacent promenade and on the roof terraces on the 6th and 10th floor this proximity to the Rhine can be enjoyed very well, especially in summer. Cool drinks are always available in the staff bistro. Typical for Südstadt: the good connections to restaurants and shops as well as to the breweries in the evening. Südstadt is also a regional hotspot for the Cologne Carnival. This includes our annual visit to the brewery at the start of the street carnival on Weiberfastnacht.

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the office allow adessi a view of the Rhine with excursion steamers and Rhine shipping.

For those interested in sports, we offer a football club every Friday. There is also a volleyball court in the neighbourhood and adesso running training sessions.

Those who love the water and good food will feel at home in the modern harbour district or in Cologne's hip Südstadt. There are many oases for gourmets within walking distance: fast food options such as L'Osteria or Bona'me, the bakery Mauel, which also offers changing warm lunch dishes to go, several ice cream parlours in Südstadt, star cuisine at Ox & Klee, beer gardens such as the directly adjacent Johann Schäfer Biergarten with a view of the Rhine, cafés and modern food concept restaurants such as the Greek restaurant Limani - also with a Rhine view terrace.

Every Thursday, adessi order lunch from a weekly changing supplier via koeln-hunger@adesso.de. The information is always sent to all adessi in Cologne on Thursday mornings and payment is made via PayPal.

In addition, every now and then food trucks are ordered exclusively for all Cologne adessi.

For all adessi who love sports, there is a soccer meeting, a basketball group and a volleyball net that can be used on the neighbouring beach volleyball court. There are also regular games evenings and "blue hours".

There are two roof terraces and a newly furnished staff lounge with table football and pinball.

You can walk to adesso from Cologne's main railway station. Especially if the weather cooperates, this walk is highly recommended!

The Rhine bank promenade invites you to go for a walk, jog, cycle or simply relax and enjoy your well-deserved evening off. The skate park and beach volleyball facility are a meeting place for outdoor fans.

Film fans can enjoy an unforgettable movie night right on the waterfront at the open-air cinema, which is within walking distance.In addition, Cologne's Südstadt with its cosy beer gardens and breweries invites you to enjoy a "Feierabend-Kölsch" or two.
